Acupuncture

Acupuncture provides safe help for a wide range of health problems including chronic and acute pain. Acupuncture also has very few side effects and is a useful alternative for patients who do not want to take pain medications. Manipulation, or adjustment of the affected joint and tissues, restores mobility, thereby alleviating pain and muscle tightness, and allowing tissues to heal.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage is the manipulation of muscle and connective tissue to enhance the function of those tissues and promote relaxation and well-being. It can ease tension and reduce pain. Massage can also be highly effective for reducing the symptoms of arthritis, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other disorders of the muscles and/or nervous system.
